A Real Head Scratcher

Sulaiman Al-Hattlan, a Saudi newspaper columnist, recently wrote that, as far as efforts are going to bring democracy to the Middle East, "Everyone is convinced now that there was no serious or genuine belief in change from the governments." What?! We spend all that money on guns, bullets, bombs and stuff, and that's the thanks we get?
