Head On

A poll done by the NYTimes/CBS News shows that 81% of people in the USA think the country is heading headed in the wrong directions. The "wrong track" is how the headline put it. Which means the engineer and the rest of the crew driving the train are the only ones who can't see the lights from the oncoming engine. Reminds me of the following quote from Bernard Malamud: "If your train is on the the wrong track, every station you come to is the wrong station."
