Slugline in this afternoon's NYTimes headline email: "The use of BlackBerrys and iPhones by jurors gathering and sending out information about cases is wreaking havoc on trials around the country." Why is the judicial branch the last dude to the dance when it comes to new tech? Such a shame -- they're still getting used to not have dials on their phones...
